Inset image This terms and conditions page outlines what you the customer should expect from us, and what we need from you in order to deal with any problems should you have any. Please review this page before ordering any of our products and ensure that you are comfortable with them. However, most importantly we hope you enjoy our programmes!

▪ Ordering

When you order our products, you need to supply us with up-to-date and accurate details so we can process your order successfully and without delay. Naturally we also collect certain personal information necessary for the processing of your order, please see our Privacy Policy for details about what we will and won't do with this information.

▪ Copyright

Once you have received your product, you are bound by copyright law and are not authorised to copy the programme in whole or in part, show it to a public audience or otherwise broadcast it, or re-sell it, without written permission from us.

▪ DVD compatibility

Our VHS tapes and DVD titles are released in PAL format only. Our DVD titles are released on DVD-R discs. Before purchasing any of our titles, you must check whether your TV, Video and/or DVD Player is capable of playing back PAL programmes, and you must also check whether your DVD player can read DVD-R format discs.

Please see the Returning Products and Refunds section below to find out our policy on refunding incompatible products purchased in error.

▪ Returning products and refunds

Every DVD is tested for data integrity before it is despatched, however if you are dissatisfied with your product, believe it to be faulty, or believe the product was damaged during transit, then you can seek a replacement product or claim a refund, provided that you:
  • a) Return the product to us complete with it's packaging;
  • b) Provide a note explaining the reason for it's return;
  • c) Let us know who we should make our cheque payable to if you want a refund *
If we find the product was faulty, we will refund your postage costs when we despatch your replacement.

If we believe the product was wilfully damaged, or a damaged product is returned to us over 3 weeks after despatch, we may at our discretion charge for a replacement product.

If you have purchased a title but can't use it because you didn't check whether your TV, video recorder or DVD player is compatible with PAL, or DVD-R discs, then you may return the product for a refund(*), provided it is returned in as-sent condition. However, we will be unable to refund your postage costs.

* We only offer refunds by cheque, so you must provide details about who we should make our cheque payable to.
